Governing Council Meeting of Indian Yoga Association (IYA)
Nayagarh Khabar- 12/02/20 (Report Sanatan Mahakud) The second Governing Council Meeting of Indian Yoga Association (IYA) was held on
Monday 10/02/2020 at Isha Yoga Center, Coimbatore. IYA is a self-regulatory body of leading Yoga organizations
in India. The Governing Council explored the ways and means to disseminate Yoga to larger groups by
creating the right infrastructure that can help transmit the practices without dilution. Dr. HR Nagendra,
was present at the meeting as President of Indian Yoga Association (IYA).
